How long did it take you to make that Office photoset with Ryan and Michael? And how did you do it? It's amazing!

Thanks, anon!  Let me tell you, OH MAN LET ME TELL YOU, it took a long time.  An entire day.  5ever, even.  

I made it by first finding and capturing the clips I wanted to use, importing the video files into Photoshop and then embarking on the tedious process of manipulating and timing the clips frame by frame so that they flowed cohesively when animated.

MY SUGGESTION, DEAR ANON AND WHOEVER ELSE IS READING, is if you want to make a set like this, do the editing in a program that is actually meant for editing, and then import your edits into Photoshop for making gifs. If you have an editing program, that is.  Because I swear to god, Photoshop and its inability to copy/paste animation cycles into existing documents was making me want to punch babies.
